We are trying to minimise risk to all our patients & staff by making changes at the practice as follows:
– Telephone triage for on the day concerns remains in place – please do not walk into the surgery without being asked to. If you have requested a same day call back, please bear with us while we deal with increased demand.
– Routine GP appts have changed over to telephone calls – the GP will decide if you need a face to face appointment so only attend if you are told to.
– Nurse & blood test appointments are being reviewed to decide what is essential & you will be contacted if necessary. If you would rather delay your routine appointment please let reception know by telephone.
– All prescriptions & sick notes will be issued electronically so please do not come into the surgery to collect these.
For your safety and wellbeing, please DO NOT ATTEND the surgery. A clinician will contact you.
