Coronavirus Update (23.03.2020)

Old Town Surgery is working with NHS England to identify patients who are in an at -risk groups who will need to self – isolate for 12 weeks.

These patients will receive a letter direct from NHS England NOT Old Town Surgery, providing  more information regarding self – isolation.
