Repeat prescriptions may be obtained by telephoning the Patient Ordering (POD) on (01793) 683755 or emailing the service direct at https://bswccg.nhs.uk/your-health/hospital-care/prescription-ordering-direct-pod
You can visit the surgery & complete a repeat order form or use the repeat slip provided with your last prescription. For prescription queries you can send an email to the surgery – [email protected]
Alternatively you may order online via this link Registration is required for this service so please complete the registration form and return to the surgery in person with a form of photo identification.

Your prescription will normally be ready in 3 working days. If a stamped addressed envelope is enclosed allow SEVEN days to include postal delivery.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, Practice Pharmacist, Nurse Practitioner or Practice Nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
