and/or by telephone 01793 651039.
You can also order repeat prescriptions through the NHS App
Alternatively you may order online via this link Registration is required for this service so please complete the registration form and return to the surgery in person with a form of photo identification.

If none of the above options are suitable for you, you can also visit the surgery & complete a repeat order form or use the repeat slip provided with your last prescription.
Your prescription will normally be ready in 3 working days. If a stamped addressed envelope is enclosed allow SEVEN days to include postal delivery.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, Practice Pharmacist, Nurse Practitioner or Practice Nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
